Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FAMILIES TO COME IN OR PLACE ORDERS AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF SCHOOL. This gives us time to order anything that might have run out before the school year. We also recommend keeping the tags and not washing the items until the student tries them on closer to the school year, as students occasionally have growth spurts, and we can always exchange items for a different size if needed.


ORDER PROCESSING: Order processing times vary based on when they are placed. Busy season is considered the months of June, July, and August, as everyone is getting ready to head back to school. During this time, orders take longer to process due to the high volume of orders. It is expected to take a minimum of 2 weeks to process your order before shipment. For the remainder of the year, if the item is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 days, however if an item needs to be backordered then a minimum of 1-2 weeks.


SHIPMENT METHODS: Orders will be sent by USPS standard shipping options. Any order over $100 ships free. For any orders under $100, we charge a flat shipping rate regardless of size. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Educational Apparel, we work hard to provide outstanding service and products! We accept returns up to a year from date of purchase as long as the item is still a part of current inventory. It must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have the original tags attached.

Return Policy: Items may be returned or exchanged for the purchase price if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Personalized and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. All items impacted by school-related changes (such as modifications to uniform policies, logos, or school closures) are final sale. This includes products that have been discontinued or replaced.


WHERE CAN I RETURN IT? You can return items by either shipping or bringing them to the Hilliard store. You may also return items at a school sale. If you are shipping, please send items to: Educational Apparel, Attn: Returns, 3906 Brown Park Dr, Hilliard, OH 43026. Please include a copy of the original invoice or receipt and indicate reason for the return as well as if a refund or exchange is needed.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE? All our items are guaranteed up to one year from their date of purchase with normal wear and care. Items considered defective will be replaced once at no charge.

Items damaged during normal wear and care will not be considered defective and will not be replaced.


WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or due to an error on our side.
